Home Star Retrofit Rebate Act
To provide for the establishment of the Home Star Retrofit Rebate Program, and for other purposes.
Accredited contractor’’ means a qualified contractor that is accredited by the BPI; or under other standards that the Secretary shall approve or deny not later than 30 days after submittal, in consultation with the Administrator; and effective 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, that uses a certified work force.
Administrator’’ means the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
